We've always believed that we are as much a part of nature as the trees and animals of the forests that surround us. We also believe that many of the answers to our modern world problems lie in nature. We've evolved with nature and continue to do so with each trip around the sun. It seems that the further we are removed from nature the worse off both nature, and humans are which is why we aim to get you outdoors more than ever before. 2020 taught us how important our health really is and how powerful nature can really be. It's time to take control of our health and start living free, and get outdoors again. And remember, there is no better teacher of personal responsibility than Mother Nature herself. So get outdoors and learn from the best and live a little!

People often want results to be measured in weeks or months only to burn out before they ever achieve those results. People have unrealistic changes they expect in a short time frame which ultimately leads to failure. Well, here at ROAR we believe it's not just a short term program that's going to get you healthy and happy in the long term. It's a lifestyle change. Commit to simply being better than yesterday. Start moving more and taking on a healthier diet and over the long term the benefits will start to show themselves and begin to snowball into more than you could imagine. Set small, achievable goals that make YOU happy. Be patient be persistent and be relentless.And most of all, Get Outside and ROAR!

Mountain Biking? Yup, been there too! My daughters and I were fortunate to team up with my brother and the rest of the goon squad with Larson Cycles, Team LCR, out of Cambridge, MN and win the overall Omnium Points for the Minnesota MountainBike Series two times, back-to-back! Along with two state champ individual championships and four, second place overall year end finishes! Big thanks to Trailh

We've been exploring in the outdoors as a family for many years and know what it takes to keep the whole fam damily happy in the outdoors! Wrangling three little ones while navigating the trails or the water isn't an easy task but we can give you a few pointers to help keep it fun and safe for all!
